There was a jazz club in Gladstone, OR in the late 1940s-early 1950s and it was built in the shape of an old stone castle. It had a recording studio and they issued many recordings by the Castle Jazz Band and other groups passing through. The building went into decay when the club closed in the early 1960s and was torn down in the 1990s. Too bad.
