A radio audition found with twenty or so radio station transcriptions. Chef Cesar sounds a little like Ernie Kovacs' version of Percy Dovetonsils. Does anyone remember him as a radio personality, probably in Los Angeles area in mid to late 1940s.

I just found a red vinyl 33rpm with 4 short shows by Chef Cesar. A broadcast piece on red vinyl with a paper sticker label from Universal Recorders, Hollywood. Typed info says "Will H. Voeller Productions, 6087 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, Cal." So I figure that your guess is correct. It must have been a short show sold from the L.A. market. The episodes run almost 15 minutes each and there are 4 of them on my 12" red vinyl.

I just located a reference to Will H. Voeller Productions in a Broadcasting Journal from Los Angeles 1946.
